All billing is administered by the Duquesne University Office of Student Accounts. All financial aid, scholarships and housing awards will be honored and reflected on resident’s invoice from the university. All utilities are included. Payments will be made in 3 installments throughout the lease term: fall, spring and summer. Meal plans are available but not mandatory. Leases run from August 16, 2023 through July 16, 2024. All rates listed are per person.
