All Duquesne University students with junior, senior, graduate, or professional class standing at the beginning of Fall 2022 may apply to live in Brottier Hall. All future residents must complete the application materials, submit the housing deposit, and have a $0 student account balance to be eligible.

Brottier Hall requires reservations for use of the laundry room and fitness center. Please use the link above to view current availability. You can also schedule office meetings to address any questions or concerns.
Please submit Maintenance Requests using the Brottier Hall Resident Portal. For emergency maintenance, please call the Front Desk at 412-396-1450.
*Maintenance Requests entered using FAMIS or DORI will not be addressed.
Your invoice, which will be sent by the university, will reflect any applicable scholarships, financial aid, or payment plans. The On-Campus Housing Award does apply to residents in Brottier Hall. For more information regarding payment, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Brottier Hall Parking Garage is full for the 2022-23 lease term.
